The Center for Drug Chemistry carries out joint research projects with many scientific and clinical establishments, including the Cardiology Scientific Center of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Research Institute of Pharmacology of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, the Moscow Research Institute for Eye diseases named after Helmholtz, the Moscow Medical Academy named after Sechenov, the Russian State Medical University, the National Institute for Medical Research (United Kingdom) etc.

The institute cooperates with industrial and scientific establishments of the former Soviet Union countries - Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Georgia, Armenia, and also with a number of western pharmaceutical companies.

Broad and tight connections with the enterprises of Russian pharmaceutical industry, including association "Moskhimpharmpreparaty", Moscow Endocrine factory, "ICN Tomskkhimpharm" Ltd., "ICN Marbiopharm" Ltd., “Enzyme” Ltd. etc., allow institute to introduce new drugs into an industry and medical practice.
