The best generics reproduced in the Center for Drug Chemistry
In the Institute new methods of synthesis have been developed for 170
drugs used widely around the world in medical practice.
Among the reproduced drugs (generics) synthesized in the institute are:

lidocaine - local anaestetic;

ketamine - general anaestetic;

clonidine, xantinole nicotinate, furosemide, spironolactone,
triamterene
- cardiovascular drugs;

metronidazole - antibacterial drug;

diclofenal - antiinflammation drug;

allopurinol - drug for treatment of hyperurikemia;

melatonin - hormone of epiphysis;

tropisetron - antivomiting preparation;

piracetam - nootropic drug;

sodium iopodate, sodium amidotrizoate, iofendylate,
iodamide
- X-ray contrastive preparations;

sulfamonomethoxine, sulfalene, sulfadimethoxine, sulfaethidole
- sulfanilamides;

thiotepa, tamixifen - antitumor drugs;

hydrocortisone, prednisolone, dexamethasone, fluocinolone

Most of them were synthesized by the original methods and protected
by patents.
